The switching power supply has probably failed. See if you can get a number off the power supply board like SPS400 or similar. Unless you are electronically adept this is lkely NOT a DIY repair.
Early versions of Pro Tools do not support Behringer devices.
The newly released Pro Tools 9 can be calibrated through the Pro Tool Aggregate I/O in your audio/midi settings.

hook it up to one of the aux output sends (1 or 2), and use the corresponding aux send knob per channel to put each channel necesarry into the monitor signal.
