Wacom Bamboo Fun 5.8" x 3.7" USB Tablet with Cordless Pen and Mouse - Black Logo
Posted on Sep 28, 2008

Unstable cursor when i get my pen near the pad or touch the pad, the cursor on the screen shakes violently. The cursor has spasms and I don't know what to do. I have moved the pad away from my monitor as far as the little cord will stretch and still does it. I have tried turning all appliances off except my macbook and the the pad and still does the same thing. I can however point the **** of the pen when it is on the pad in a different direction and it will sort of get rid of the shakiness. I really want to use this but I can't because it is too shaky.

Mainly this is due to your power supply adapter problem. It will be stable when the laptop running in battery i.e without adapter connection

Not sure if this is the final answer, but after resetting to all default settings, finally it seemed when I changed the Options- Click and Tap to Hover Click, the issue resolved... for now at least.

I have an Intuos 3 and use it on a Mac - really tough to do Vector Art in Illustrator with the cursor jiggling and flickering all the time.

That might be somewhat correct,
i noticed my original dell adapter seemed to have gotten rid of the shakes. Avoid the after market adapters i guess...

My maytag washer is shaking violently on the rinse cycle

I am currently having the same issue with my Maytag A482. Not sure if you have found a fix yet, or if you have replaced your washer. My washer runs fine until it nears the end of the cycle, when it begins to spin and shake violently, enough to loosen the leveling feet and rock back and forth. I pulled the front panel of the machine off (two screws near the base in the front, and two clips at the top) and ran a load through it. It ran fine until the end, when the machine started shaking violently. I did notice a few small pieces of roundish felt looking material sitting on the bottom, which after some research looks like it may be the damper pad. I found these online:
Damper pad 203956
Replacement Damper 203725 for MAYTAG Laundry Appliances A482

I am hoping this will resolve the issue, I will order them this afternoon and install them once they arrive. I really hate to replace such a good washer with a new high efficiency unit, which all seem to have terrible reviews after a few months/year of use.

Cursor jumps to corner of screen, is erratic

have you tried a usb mouse ?? as if that works it will be the touch pad is playing up. you can disable it and use a wireless mouse or usb one. as it would be cheaper then replacing the touch pad.

I am a rookie user of IP 2. I was composing a critical email. I had need to move my cursor back to where I had made an error so I tapped the screen to move it to the appropriate spot (is there any other...

If you've done NOTHING else since you deleted the message, you can utilize the "undo" feature of the IPhone (been around since IOS 3). Hold your phone FIRMLY in one hand and shake it around a bit. That should bring up a menu, on which you select "undo". If you've already tried typing/doing anything, chances are it's not going to work, but it's worth a shot :)

D410 stopped recognizing battery and cursor became unstable

As a one time Dell Field technician I've seen the battery problem many times before--

Your motherboard has likely gone bad. No real relation to the touch pad problem, but I would replace the motherboard before attempting to diagnose the touchpad.

Swapping the battery with a known good one would be a nice first step if you have a spare (or you know someone with the same model laptop), but it will likely confirm the motherboard as the problem.
