Help! How can I wall mount this model TV? The holes on the back are 16 inched apart. No universal plate fits these holes. Has anyone tried mounting the table top holder by turning the tongs sideways?

1- remove the wall plate from the arm. 2- fix the front plate to the back of your television. 3- mark the position of the holes and drill 4- put wall plugs into holes. 5- secure the wall plate to the wall 6-attach the arm to the wall plate. 7-hang the screen on the arm (i recommend having someone help) and secure it in place
Most of these will. You san see the screw mounts on the back of the set and compare them the wall mount spand holes. I have mounted 19" RCA LCD Panels so I have got to believe this 32" should be able to mount on most universal wall mounts.
I hope this helps, Skyassoc
For a set this size, there should be at least 4 mounting holes for a wall bracket. Please note that wall mounting is an option so the holes may be covered by plastic caps to hide the holes. These holes should be in a box shape around 1 foot wide or so.
I have the same TV, and I bought a mount with 4 connector holes. I was able to connect 3 of the 4 and it has been fine as the TV does not weigh too much. The TV was not designed with the current mode of either wall or stand mount. It was just intended for stand. I have had it on the wall for over 2 years.
Hi,
Ok, great.Look at the back panel and you can see four holes spaced 4" between the top and bottom, and 16" from side to side.
these are for universal mount.

"Please use caution if wall mounting this product. Follow all directions from the manufacturer of the wall mount and be sure to securely fasten the product to the mount. While the TV can be wall mounted, improper wall installation may void the warranty."
The 4 screws that are commnly used are short because they are ususally wide in diameter. Besides if they are too long then they might damage the boards on the TV.
