1. With no card in the camera, go into the menu and find "format"...follow the on-screen instructions to erase the internal memory.
2. If your memory card contains pictures you want to save, download them to your computer...use a card reader if necessary.
3. Insert the card into the camera and do the "format" thing again.
HI there i think your lumix camera still in inbuilt memory mode. Make sure you set the default memory as memory card. After that check the setting for Photo pixel. For exam 4mp/7mp/10mp etc. Which is set as per your Canon camera. After that check out & i hope the problem will solve, Thanks & waiting for your feedback.
Hi there internal memory means inbuilt memory. When you click the snap all photos are save in your camera internal memory. I hope you use external memory card. Go in settings and select the memory card( external) for further snaps. Then the message did not come again until full the memory card. And if you want to clear the internal memory card then connect your camera with your PC then copy the all photos from the camera & paste in computer. After that go inside the internal memory of camera via computer & delete them. Then your camera in build memory card will empty. I hope you understand . If you have any question then ask me. Thanks & waiting for your feedback.
I assume they are on the in-built memory, you should be able to access this by removing the SD card from the camera, putting the camera in playback mode, connecting it to your computer and the inbuilt memory should come up as a removable drive. Then just copy the pics. Format the inbuilt memory when finished. Cheers.
Just use the inbuilt feature on the camera to format the card and it should be usable again (considering the card has not been damaged / corrupted beyond repair)
This camera is now ten years old, and will only take an SD card, with a max limit of 2GB. It cannot recognise or use a more modern SDHC card, which is what I suspect you have been trying to use.
There are cameras having dual memory, that is inbuilt and card memory. Suppose your pictures can be downloaded from the inbuilt memory.your card may have problems. You try to format the card using camera and then give another try.
