Post Test card reads 43 what does it mean?

Hi, my computer model number is HP Pavilion p6310f and the mother manufacture is "Pegatron M2N78-LA", which I find on http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/document?docname=c01925562&lc=en&cc=us&dlc=en&product=4107914#N31 The Problem is that I couldn't find the Post code for this motherboard and my PCI Post Card is showing 43 and both lights! Story:- My computer started lagging and causing to crash and restart, but later in one or two days, I couldn't even turn on the computer. Nothing was showing, not even the computer was working itself, nothing as mentioned! No fan, no hard drive, no nothing, but only was showing the Power supply's light. I tried everything such as switching the power supply, but still the same, so I left it for a day or two. Later, when I turn it on, computer got turn on, but showed nothing on Monitor's screen. The Fans, Hard drive, CD Room started working, So I checked every thing again, and still couldn't get the problem. Then after trying everything out and reading for the solutions, I bought the PCI Post Diagnostics Test Card and model number is PCIPOST . So, it's showing 43 and both lights on, but couldn't find the post codes for "(((Manufacturer's motherboard name: Pegatron M2N78-LA))) ((((HP/Compaq name: Violet6-GL8E")))) It would be helpful if anyone can help! Thanks

Why doesn't read any sd, md cards

Check the device manager to see if the card reader is there. Or go to the manufacturers site (HP in your case) and download and install the driver for the reader.
Get onlineand got to www.google.com In the google search box type: "HPSupport" (without the quotes). Look for downloads and drivers. Enter your model number and operating system when requested. Download andinstall the drivers. You can always buy a reader for under $15 at computer shops that plugs into the USB Port.

I have my mother in laws computer trying to fix it for her. it is an HP Pavilion a1620n. she had no trouble with the computer. then she turned it on. it opened up to start up screen and i selected the ...

Her machine may have a hidden partition on the hard drive that will restore the system to factory condition, without wiping out her data. Read the following carefully (PDF document).

Starts on page 16 of the PDF.

Look at "Standard Recovery" and "Recovery Image" (page 17)

Page 20 has "Starting PC Recovery if the PC is not responding".

Hp pavilion dv2000 notebook will not boot up

hi,
i m in Hong Kong. The stupid HP repair center charged US 90 just for inspection!!!!! They they said the whole motherboard had to be replaced, thts additional US 630 dollars, the thing is just 1.5 yr old. They also said i don get to keep the broken mother board after replacement. This is simply irresponsible, unethical, sleazy and UNJUST!!

Thanks. right now the computer is fixed for US70. when i hv time, i'll open it up and see if i can figure it out how it was fixed. The shop suggested tht the computer wont last too long. This is such bad quality for HP... Sorry, i hv to do the following for other victims to find this easily:
(can some creative netizen bring this to the public light to pressure HP to do the ethical things??)
