RUN THE SOFTWARE CALIBRATION FOR INDICATION OF DIAGNOSE AND TROUBLESHOOTING. test the fuse and replace, check the c. breaker and reset, tight any connector. and tight any loose wires, of course disconnect the power cord.

Icon is the manufacture located in login Utah. Manuals can be downloaded through internet with model# of item, thats located on a silver tag in frt on frame,or under walking platform/mtr hood area. Proform did make one style that the model# was underneth...but thats been 10yrs ago
I think you are talking about the front roller. It has a rubber sleeve that helps to grip the walking belt. Sometimes you can tighten this enough to keep it from slipping but you run the risk of overtightening and damaging both rollers. We recomend replacing that roller.
