I forgot my password on facebook but also forgot my password for the email I used on my facebook and can't remember my answers to the security questions. Is there any way I can recover my password and

go to Facebook.com, enter your email and click on the "Forgot password" link. Then answer the email they send you or answer the security questions (I don't remember if FB records security questions for forgotten passwords)
