Hi, there may be not enough water draining out on the last cycle before it spins so i'd give the pump a good luck over also check the filter if it has 1, and check the drain hose. the other fault could be the module control board this controls the motor speed hope it helps

regards
shaun

WFS1073DD front load WASHING MACHINE Everything works but will not spin fast enough to spin the water out. It spins very slow

Early automatic washers used a motor with multiple windings to provide the various speeds required by different parts of each wash programme. Modern washers use an entirely different sort of motor and the speeds are selected and controlled electronically with feedback to ensure the speed is correct.

I suspect the problem is the electronics - the part of the programmer and controller that regulates the motor speed but you should check the motor and motor brushes, the drive belt and all electrical connections as a matter of best practice before you spend money...

Kenmore Front Loading Washer - the spider arm broke and we had to change the entire tub assy which was done and the machine now works perfectly as for the washing and tumbling. The tub spins, tumbles back...

It is the brain of the washer that decides when the spin takes place and how fast - the brain knows how fast the motor is spinning because there is a speed sensor, probably on the rear end of the motor shaft.

There might be bad connections to the speed sensor or it might be broken but if that and the wiring is ok the fault is probably with the controller/brain, though it is possible the brain refuses to do a high speed spin because for some reason it might (mistakenly?) think there is still too much water in the tub.

Speed queen top load washer does not agitate properly

you need to see if the motor turns one direction during wash and the other during the spin. If so, your gearbox is faulty and needs replacement. If motor only goes in one direction at all times, then very possible, the timer is faulty.

Will not go into high speed final spin after rince cycle..only spins back and forth slowly and the uE indicator comes on stopping the machine. Have tried taking out a few laundry items and re-starting and...

uE is unbalanced error. When you have bulky items, wash them with a slow spin speed. Larger loads actually balance out better, so adding items might help instead of subtracting them. After the cycle completes, if you want to you can turn the power on again and (without selecting a cycle) just push the spin speed selector button and select the next highest spin speed. The load will most likely make it through the next higher speed now that it is partially spun out. You should get a 14 minute spin and pump only when you start it now.

Kenmore 110 washer drum spins with lid open during Rinse/Spin

Slow agitator could be linked to shaft bearings going south. Pull the agitator off and check the block on top of the shaft. With everything turned off, try to turn the shaft. It should turn freely both ways. Other things to slow down the works could be a very worn drive belt from the motor.
The lid switch problem seems to be a wiring short--trace the wiring back from the switch to where ever it ends up (at the timer?). If it winds up at a relay, the contacts may be stuck together. It would be nice to have a wiring diagram--ah well. Don't know if any of this helps, good luck.

I have a ge washing machine that on the spin cycle kicks on and off

Don't know the model but if it is a two speed model and is clicking off and on when set for high speed spin but seems to start up and spin OK in slow speed spin, you have a bad motor

Not spinning in high speed

possibly a faulty "off-balance" detector, but not sure...try to purposely make it go off balance during wash...maybe a few pairs of sneakers?

Duet Washing Machine spin cycle is spinning slow

make sure u are not under loading the washer with just one or two items and that the load is fairly balanced or else the machine will not go into high speed spin as to not go completely off balance and walk across your floor if that doesnt fix it you might need a new ccu or motor control board probably the second one and make sure u are using HE detergent and not too much because suds will lock the pump up which will not spin with water in the unit
