Please try to restart your phone, by turning it off, opening the lid, taking out the battery for a few seconds, and then put everything back in, and turn it on.
If that does not work, I'd suggest resetting the phone, by doing as such:
Settings > General > Master Reset.
If the phone is still under warranty, I would suggest taking it to a lab for testing, and maybe resetting.
