In my Motorola E6 phone Bluetooth is not Working. what can i do???

On your phone and laptop bluetooth, then ensure that both bluetooth are visible under bluetooth settings.
If you Motorola phone have PC Suite try install it for a perfect interaction, you should as well pair the PC and phone together as family.

Dude your phone sot conectivity prob. so you need to update your software only then it'll work fine...

Try deleteing the device from your phone and try pairing it again. Also your Bluetooth may need a new battery or charging. they both have to have good signal to pair properly.

Bluetooth to your pc(pc needs a bluetooth device) and file transfer.

first go to connectivity settings of your mobile then look for the icon make sure that you open or activate it on.

but if your unit is already activated and still bluetooth is not working.

sure your unit have a problem in hardware i prefer you to go in a nearest mobile shop and look for technician to fix it.

we cannot just open the unit because some of the parts are very sensitive so very difficult to open by your own specially without proper tools to use.

Get the mobile to service center, no other way. My friends mobile speaker also stopped working, on giving to service center they repaired in just few minutes. May be some loose connection inside it.
