Dryer does not dry as fast as it used to. Turns on and gets warm. But takes two cycles now to do the same amount of cloths. Does a heating element go slowly bad?
Hi .thanks for the question .no the element does not go bad a little at a time. but the venting gets clogged up a little at a time . remove the venting and clean to the outside wall . also if the dryer is noisy you could have a blower problem. if the dryer is noisy .but check the venting thanks the appliance doc

I have the same problem. I have already cleaned the venting and that didn't make much of a difference. I am drying a load for at least 2 hours. Sometimes more.
