I just called technical support and they told me the camera has an internal problem. You have to call them if your camera is still under warranty and send it to a repair center.

That part has got loosen.. probably with super glue you'll fix that..

Btw, warranty wont cover that, it's caused by a fall..

i dont know, just give to a fixer in ure city, if u do it your self , and they see that you taped it, your warrante fals away so its better to not fix by ureself
