I bought a Elini Dolce Couture Diamond Ladies Watch (PK22348FPK) on ebay. I received the watch but it didn't include the instruction manual. The ebay store I bought it from on ebay doesn't provide the instruction manual for some reason. Can you tell me where I can order a copy or download the instruction manual for this watch. I emailed the authorized dealer in Hollywood,FL that is listed as the authorized dealer for the Elini watches in the USA but they have never sent me the information and say they can't because I didn't buy the watch from them. Can you help me get the instruction manual? Thank you.

Sad to hear they did not sent you the manual.. Anyway, I did search the internet for it and couldn't find any manual for your watch. Is there something wrong with your watch? It is a very beautiful watch! The controls should be basic. Just pull the lever all the way up to adjust the time.

There are very few makers that give access to serial numbers Victoria. They are just a numerical sequence. I can do more with model numbers as far as searching goes. What you can do is contact Dolce Gabbana Customer Service direct. They actually like enquiries like that.

There may be three number on the back of a watch.
1) The case number.
2) the movement number.
3) the serial number for the case +watch assembly.
