Acer aspire one d257 bluetooht not working after reinstal win 7

Can you pls elaborate... do you want to format win 7 or install win7

Download a Windows 7 ISO to USB , 3.5GB's more or less, and open Boot Menu,Boot from USB. Of course you will have to but the Product Key : http://www.mydigitallife.info/official-windows-7-sp1-iso-from-digital-river/ When you deleted McAfee, did you use the McAfee Removal Tool from the McAfee website? Did you try a System restore/recovery? Unplug, remove battery, plug in, try another restore, you may have to repeat, unplug each time.

Look in Control Panel, do you see a Bluetooth program? In the specs for your machine it states if you have windows 7 you have it :http://support.acer.com/acerpanam/netbook/2011/Acer/Aspire/AspireOneAOD257/AspireOneAOD257sp2.shtml

If this only comes up during startup? Try disabling startup programs. Go to Start > Run (search in Win 7) and type MSConfig. In Startup tab, uncheck anything that you don't want Windows to load automatically. It will make Windows boot faster and use less resources while running. This just disables them in startup. Programs will still load, but when only you initiate.

i don't have drivers for my aspire one d257 for video controllers, pci ,& network controllers

The drivers need to be installed for your notebook. Here are the download links for those drivers. http://us.acer.com/ac/en/US/content/drivers

Just install the VGA drivers for your netbook.

Assumption OS for you netbook is Win 7.
