if its a u9-1 code it is the lamp that is faulty. Sometimes it can be the connections either end of the lamp but normally the lamp itself. It will probably cost as much to fix as it would to get a new one to be honest
Specify the area of paper jam or the code on display that cud help isolate the problem quicker, it cud be a C or E code. Try to clear it with code 20 subcode 03, but state code on display
The fuser is not warming up.
On that machine under the web there is a thermal fuse on a white plastic mount, it has one screw through it.
It is most likely blown. Possibly caused by a jammed paper in the fuser.
That fusable link needs to be replaced.
