SOURCE: New Keurig B60 stopped working!

I had the same issue. I now believe that there was some "vapor lock" type issue. Mine would say the same thing, and i could hear the pump running, but the water level was not changing in the reservoir. I unplugged it, removed the reservoir, let it cool, then tipped it on its back for a few minutes, then on each side. Truthfully I was trying to see if there was some kink in the tubing. Couldn't find a problem, so set it back up and it runs great again.

SOURCE: Love my Keurig B60. Bought the B70 with lager cup

You have to remove teh 5 screws from the bottom plate on the unit and they there is a small translucent corrugated hose fastened with a small ty-rep. Remove this hose and simply drain the stainless tank to the sink and replace the hose over the barb, slide the ty-rap back in place and it is EMPTY. Takes ten minutes start to finish. Phillips screwdriver and needlenose pliers are all that is needed.

SOURCE: my k cup reusable coffee

I had the same issue and found a **** fix that is working well. The issue is that the hole in the my-kcup doesn't seal to the machine so I take a square of foil and put it over the top of the closed my-kcup assembly, crimping it under the rim of the cap. This seals the assembly and forces the water through the my-kcup. It also makes a better cup of coffee because the water is all going through the grounds.

The machine won't turn on at all. Tried t in several functioning outlets and it won't power up. Only 6 months old. Keurig B60

Hi,

The problem is often that the machine develops a leak in the hose that is rightover the transformer...the water drips onto the transformer and kills that...then you have no power to run the machine.

Here is a tip that I wrote about this problem...

I have a Keurig B60 and never had a problem but twice. You go to cut on and there is no power. I would like to know how to repair or is there a reset button. I love the Keurig please help Thank You

Make sure there is power to the outlet being used. Most of the time that is all it is. Sometimes there is a GFCI outlet attached to kitchen outlets that will trip shuting off the power to the other outlets. Find it ( usually shaped different than the other outlets ) press the "Reset" button on the outlet, this may turn the power on to the outlet.
If that doesn't turn the power on to the coffee outlet check the breaker in the house panel to see if it has tripped, if it has move the breaker switch to the "Off" position then back to the "On" position this may work. If not and the power is still off to the outlet you will need a qualified person to correct it. As for the maker unless you have the equipment to repair the maker you may just have to buy a new one or again take it to a qualified repair shop, no rest button.....sorry.
