A lot of the .jar and .sis files on the net are for the older S60v3 which will work on an N95 for example. Your phone is running the newer S60v5 operating system, so check which version the files are that you are trying to install from the source.
Install the appropriate Nokia PC Suite for your phone.
Then you can connect your phone to your PC and download games using the application installer.

Nokia N95 does not supports any .sis file.
B'cose N95 supports .sisx file.
So try to install .sisx file
If u want to install SmartMovies.
Then try to install Smart Movies 3.41
It fully supports your N95.
