Are you sure is is a 'PC 10'? I can't find that model. All the ones I have used were battery operated desktop use or hand held. Is this a cable that connect the label maker to a PC, so you design on the computer and print to the Dymo? If that is the case, It _should_ be a standard printer lead.

There could be several reasons why your Mac may not recognize a USB product. Here are some possible solutions:
Check the USB port: Make sure the USB port is not damaged and is clean. Try plugging the USB product into a different USB port on your Mac.
Check the USB product: The USB product may be defective or damaged. Try plugging the USB product into a different computer to see if it works. If it does not work on any computer, the product may be defective and you may need to replace it.
Check the USB cable: The USB cable connecting the USB product to your Mac may be faulty. Try using a different USB cable to connect the USB product to your Mac.
Restart your Mac: Sometimes a simple restart can resolve USB connectivity issues. Restart your Mac and then try plugging in the USB product again.
Update your Mac: Make sure your Mac is running the latest version of macOS. Go to the Apple menu and click on "System Preferences," then click on "Software Update" to check for any available updates.
Reset the SMC: The System Management Controller (SMC) controls many hardware functions on your Mac, including USB connectivity. Resetting the SMC may help resolve USB connectivity issues. The steps to reset the SMC vary depending on the model of your Mac, so it's best to check Apple's support website for specific instructions.
If none of these solutions work, it may be best to contact the manufacturer of the USB product for further assistance, or take your Mac to an authorized Apple service provider for further diagnosis.
You will more then likely need a converter cord for it to work .Try taking them to walmart an see if they can match the cord needed or order from a computer store online like tigerdirect...Good Luck
That Mac has a hdmi port and a mini display port. The monitor has a saga port. So ether a hdmi-svga. Or miniDisplay port-svga.
Any usb keyboard will work. So any Mac keyboard newer than 12 years should be good, and newer pic keyboards will work. Beware of older keyboards that have round plugs. On macs these were ADB ports. On PC's, they used PS2 (ADB, ps2, usb are all different, you want the flat rectangle USB)
U.S. pc keyboards also have two modifier keys wired different than the U.S. Mac keyboards, but this can be adjusted in the system preferences. Can't say for non U.S. KBs. They are the windows/alt keys. Vs Opt/Command keys. That is, if you are soused to using a Mac, the key that is closest to the spacebar (command key) is applied by the second key over rather than the first. Again, this can be modified in the Sys Prefs.
If the external burner is USB 3.0 and the USB port on the MAC is USB 2.0 it might not work. If this is the case, try using a USB 2.0 cord with it. This has worked for me, sometimes not. You could also see if there is a setting in the software that allows you to burn at a slower speed (this would help not only with USB issues but also help with an older/slower processor). Good luck.
Some computers (especially Mac laptops) don't send enough power through the USB port to power a passport, so you need to get an extra power cord, one that combines 2 USB ports into one to get a little extra juice. Wish I could give you a website where you can buy that extra cord but I am currently looking for one myself at this moment in time.
