    I HAVE A PROSCAN TABLET. IT WILL NOT LET ME SIGN IN.
    FROZEN SCEEN WITH YELLOW OUTLINE,BUT WITH YOU SRIP LOCK THE YELLOW OUTLINE BECOMES SMALL,BUT STILL WILL NOT LET YOU SIGN IN. AFTER PLAYING WITH IT FOR AWHILE IT WILL BEEP & PULL UP MEAUAL & THEN FREEZES UP AGAIN

Opening browser the first time
-Go to the settings menu
-Choose applications manager
-Find the application
-Clear the cache or find reset to default

when you open the application, tap the top of the screen and the url bar should be there for you to type whatever you wish my friend.
