My windows xp load abnormally. I've tried safemode , stil did'nt work, restart from last working configuration, still didn't work. so i wanna run my master recovery disc(packard bell) but my cd couldn't be found from both drives(cdrom and dvd drive). I've ordered another master recovery cd, coz i thought that was a cd problem but it still the same result..drives failed toread my master cd..
I've tried removing battery from my CMOS but still no effect..
what's the best thing to do?

Are you attempting to boot from a bootable disc? A failed drive can cause the other on the bus not to work. Try each one separate set as master or cs (cable select).
