Seems you have found the PiP (Picture in Picture) if you still have the orignal remote press the pip button or the cancel button

My screen has shrunk down to one long strip and the page is reduced I can't read anything?

Without seeing the page, I can only assume that it has reverted to a condensed version, liberating your workspace. If you look down at the lower right hand corner of the page, you will probably notice three small diagonal lines in the very corner... grab this area with your mouse (click and hold left mouse button depressed while stretching the page to the desired dimension.
Hope this helps.

We have a widescreen plasma (Panasonic TY ST05-K). The picture all of the sudden shrunk to about 3/4 of the screen. Fortunately, the picture is not cut-off, so you can see the whole picture. The...

Hi there! If picture is smaller top to bottom with blank section on top and bottom then check your aspect ratio settings. If blank at the bottom only the Bottom Y-Drive board may be faulty. If blank at the top The Top Y-Drive may be faulty. If blank on the Left (TOP TO Bottom) then the Right X-Drive Board and on the Right, the Left X-Drive Board. May also be bad connections on the cables or flexible ribbon cables. Best Wishes and Good Luck, JUS004

Green semi-circle of lines on Samsung 55" HDTV (projection)

I believe i have the same problem myself. When my TV is on any of the Component Inputs without my DVD player turned on i usually get the normal green screen. But now that is a dip in the green at the top of the screen from the top left to almost the top right and black pushing down on the dip. Almost like a green curtain was sagging at the top and you can see the black behind it. It does this on every input and distorts every picture you see. The distorted picture has all the green slightly off from where the rest of the picture is and where the dip at the top of the screen is there is somtimes purple instead of black.

I know the basics of how the picture gets onto the screen and its my guess that the Green "gun" for lack of a better term and somhow come loose, or been missaligned to a great extent. I would love to find an answer to this problem, and anyones best guess as to how much a repair man will charge, just so i know the ballpark.
