Tried to turn off night vision from menu screen but did not work. Also reset camera and that didn't help.

Defective ccd imager!! company will replace this ccd imager free of charge. Year 2002 up to 2005 released unit has a factry defect ccd imager. the company recalled these unit and replaced with a stronger version of ccd imager( they are still doing it). check it out.

your answer to this problem is easy. First take the batteries out of the camera, then open the camera ( screws should be in the back) the screen should just pop out of the cover and there is a ribbon cable that connects the screen to the circut board. Gently un-hook that ribbon where it plugs in to the board there might be a slid lock to hold the ribbon in place, it should unlock when you pull the cable out (memorize what position the ribbon is before unplugging). Now the fun part, do the same thing to the other camera, (carefully). To install the new screen, plug the ribbon back into the slot and it should be snug, if not there is a lock on it, gently push it back away from the ribbon ( a little finger pressure). Now, simply put it back together the same exact way you took it apart and don't forget the batteries. Have fun taking pictures...
