I accidentally took a bunch of pictures withouth the 64mb memory card in the camera. I have the pictures saved on the camera but I dont know how to transfer them onto the memory card, so that I can save them on my computer. I took pictures on my camera HP Photosmart 415 and did not have the memory card pushed all the way in. I have stored 5 pictures in my camera's memory, but have no idea as to how to get them downloaded onto my memory card. You should be able to transfer the pictures if it has built in memory. then transfer it to memory card the same way you'd take them off

Go to the camera's "setup menu" and scroll down to the last option, "move images to card" That should put the images onto the memory card.

I don't have the cable to hook my camera up to the computer, so I want to transfer the photos onto the memory card. I have a Coolpix 4800, and it doesn't have a transfer option under the setup menu.
Found the manual! It says hit the review button, then the menu button. This allows a copy option to appear, then you can copy select photos or all of them onto the memory card.
I have the same problem with the coolpix P100 no option to copy photos onto memory card, I tried to hit the review button, then menu, only options are image quality & image size. How can I transfer pictures off camera onto memory card? Betsy
