I tryed that, but its still does not work, its connects and turns of immediately

OK, at least for my issues, after talking to MS support ...

Here was the issue with the Setup disc (Forza Demo): If it jumps into the demo ... the XBOX DOES NOT need to be updated.

As for not connecting to the XBOX (Sync'ing up the controllers) ...

You need to press the SYNC (located by the memory card slots)Button BEFORE you PRESS the SYNC button on the wheel controller. Once you do that (a step that is not clearly pointed out in the stupid an poorly written manual) all worked asa expected. A Simple hook-up procedeure that took 2 days because of a step that was not pointed out or not made obvious to the XBox Parents and non users.

Yes. This is all you have to do. The "sync buttons" are the two arrows.

Buttons on 360 racing wheel only work if you hold paddle shift at the same time. is getting worse and worse. sometimes wont work at all.
Check to see if there is an updated driver / software package on Microsoft's support site.

If that doesn't work or you get the same results it's time for a new one.
