Ok, so I have had my phone for roughly 2 - 3 weeks. And all of a
sudden, out of nowhere, i can barely hear the person on the other line. The volume is definitely all the way up. My ringtones and
everything come in loud and clear, but i cant hear anyone i call. Ive
tried turning it off and on, and I have full bars from where i am
calling. Ive also called serveral different people. Any idea what could
be wrong with the phone? Im obviously pretty angry about this. SO any
help would be appreciated.
I've had my Q for about 3 months. All of a sudden, I stopped being able to hear the person on the other end of the line. I've confirmed that they can hear me, so it's likely an earpiece issue. My phone claims to have earpiece volume all the way up. Oddly enough, the speakerphone is unimpaired.

Hello, the problem you are experiencing could be caused by two things,
1.Bad ear piece:this could be fixed by replacing the bad ear piece, you can get it fixed either by getting the ear piece parts from any phone accessories stores and fix it your self,or you visit a mobile phone engineer to fix it for you and your phone would work perfectly.
2.ear piece volume low:this could be fixed by dialling a number on your phone screen, then tap on the botton on the right side of your phone, ensure you tap the upper arrow to your desired volume level.
wish you good luck,
take care.
if you have tried raising the volume while on a call and you still have the same trouble then I'm afraid your earpiece has failed and you will need to take it to a tech and have the earpiece replaced
