Do you have a manual for an archos mp3 43 vision

Genrally, iTunes has copy-written ($) material and have to use a decoder to transfer illegally to other than apple products... contact them to authorize legal transfers.

ARCHOS 70 User Guide

1. Connect the supplied USB cable to the ARCHOS.
2. Plug the USB end of the cable into your computer.
3. The ARCHOS will turn on and ask you if you want to connect it (Mount) or not. Choose to Mount it.
4. If you choose to just let it charge, you can always drag the top notification bar downwards to reveal the USB notification message and choose to connect.
5. The ARCHOS will appear in your computer's file browser as an external hard drive, ARCHOS (E:) for example.

Almost certainly you have a broken screen. Replacement screens run about $140 and are not very difficult to replace yourself. A website that provides these screens and a "how to" video on their replacement can be found at: http://www.laptopscreen.com/English/model/Archos/101%20G9%20TABLET%20TURBO/
Be sure that you are requesting an exact replacement before ordering. I am not affiliated with this website, and am sure there are other sources.

Of course you could try returning it to the shop but I don't think any warranty would cover this.
If only the screen got damaged you could try replacing it. It is fairly simple, take apart, unplug old one, plug in the new one and put back together, but it might be difficult to get a spare lcd. You could buy a used, faulty one with a working screen and use the lcd from that.
