Car was running, electrical wire burning smell, starter makes grinding noise, with the car running, stop the car, starter keeps making grinding noise, with the car turned off, ABS and trac control

You have the polarity of the battery backward somewhere. Did you replace the starter and hook it up backwards. Difficult but possible. Check your positive and negative on the battery itself.

2003 Mazda Mazda6 V6 Overheating + Grinding Noises

Is the serpentine belt still intact? The grinding noise maybe the water pump which would account for the overheating.

During spin cycle a grinding noise starts and a burning smell develops if I let it spin on then smoke comes out

could be your motor coupling, clutch or brake linings. if it smells like rubber burning then it is your motor coupling,, ,,,,mine was doing that and found out the clip that holds on the part to disengage the brake had ground off the end of my basket drive tube and the arm fell down thus no spin ,part cost more than the washer is worth! guess i'll be picking up a new 1! yea the grinding noise could be in your clutch, brake area!

Makes a loud noise like a grinding noise then smokes comes out and it smells like burning rubber? When I take the (rod) brush off with the belt then run the vacuum there is no more noise? Please help me...

Your belt is worn and stretched and so it is slipping on the motor drive shaft. That is why it is noisy and smells like burning rubber. You simply need to replace the belt. You can get replacement belts here:

Bad sounds, bad smells from 94 ford explorer

Sounds like you may have a vacuum line off or ruptured going to the EGR valve. The burning smell is probably the catalytic converter. When the engine runs rich you will get a sulfur smell that smells sort of like rotten eggs.
