Hello Consumer. We truly apologize for the frustrations you have experienced with your washer. If you would like us to look further into your concerns, please email us directly at [email protected] . Please include your name, YouTube User ID, complete contact information, the full physical address where the washing machine is located, along with the model and serial numbers. Sincerely, Andre W.
Yours is a 2 speed motor. Does it spin in 2 different speeds. If so, then it most likely is designed with only to agitate in 1 speed. If it only spins in one speed, then your motor is defective
I couldn't find the exact size using the model number provided... i would bet that it's a 3.5 - 4 cu.ft. model... My suggestion is to get something other than a GE washing machine... Go with a Kenmore, Whirlpool or Maytag
Please post back with your COMPLETE serial number (usually located along the wash tub rim under the lid) to include any letter designations. This determines when the appliance was manufactured. The model number you provided crosses to a dryer. If this is a dryer, the serial number will be find along the door opening. Please confirm your model number as well. The number should begin with a "110" prefix. You listed this as a kenmore heavy duty...and listed it under washing machines. If this is a washer, I will need a more accurate model number (if possible) to be able to determine part sources for you.
