Yes you can, it seems to support a wide variety of things, here is my source.

1. Socket 7 for Intel MMX, AMD K6 -2, K6 -3, IBM /Cyrix , IDT processors
2. Supports CPU multiplier 1.5/2.0....../6.0 for future processors
3. 66/75*/83*/95/100/105*/110*/115*/120*/125*/130*/135*/140* MHz FSB
4. CPU voltage 1.3V~3.5V

Hope this answers it!

E21088 compatability

I see no reason why you couldn't. The motherboard supports the CPU's socket, and the GTX 660 isn't that powerful of a card. So long as you have a sufficient power supply (no less than 500 watts) you'll I see no reason why you couldn't.

Processor compatability

Processors have a matched frequency rating with the motherboard and memory. So, when replacing or upgrading the processor, the new processor will need to have the same frequency as the old one. If the processors use the same type of memory, ie... PC2100, then ther are most likely compatable, and the use of a processor that was made for or from the same make of laptop is always a good idea. Some processors are designed specifically for use in certain manufacturer's system configurations. For example; say you have a Dell Latitude C840 with a 1.8ghz processor and you want to upgrade to a 2.2ghz processor from a Dell Inpiron 8600, this will work. Both of these machines use the PC2100 memory and have a matched frequency rating of 266mhz, and the processors are made for use in Dell machines. If you would like to tell me exactly what you're wanting to do, maybe I can recomend a processor for you. Let me know.

Directx10.1 compatability

DirextX compatibility is determined by the video card, not the processor.
You need to check your video card's specs for DirectX compatibility.
