From reading reviews on Amazon website, I understand the Kindle is restricted and Google apps cannot be accessed. Sorry.

If I understand you correctly, the Kindle is stuck in Freetime even if you reboot the Device.

1. Press and hold the power button for 30 full seconds
2. Wait 5 seconds
3. Press and release the power button normally, the Kindle should have exited Kindle Free time.
4. If the Kindle is still not exiting Freetime, proceed with a Factory Reset.

If I understand you correctly, you have a new Kindle Fire HD and would like to transfer the data from your old Kindle Fire to your new Kindle Fire HD. This is easy, follow these steps:
Step 1: Connect the old Kindle to Wireless. Pull down the upper status bar, select More + and then select My Account on the old Kindle
Step 2: Using the Old Kindle, select Deregister under My Account, let the task complete
