To fix this problem.
You need to load factory file with serial cable and loader 2 then load newest file setsettings rescan when using loader 2 turn reciever off back switch thehit pc-stb button on loader then turn reciever on back switch.

Hi,
Initially looks like a failed (firmware) update. Initially, pls try to reset by unplugging from the mains. This will hopefully revert the unit back to factory defaults. Anything out of the ordinary, thunderstorm, power interruption prior to the problem?
Hope that this be of initial help/idea. Pls post back how things turned up or should you need additional information.

Should the unplugging be not corrective, pls try:
If still a no go, pls post back if you have:power off using the rear power button;
press and hold the ON/OFF front panel switch;
while maintaining pressed condition on the front panel ON/OFF switch, power on the rear switch;
wait till system re-initiates.

Try first unplugging tv and box from power for ten minutes.
Give details on tv model and equipment used.
Regarding the sat box, do the following, unplug box from power, from tv, and also from sat cable, wait ten minutes and plug it back.
