There are several possible causes for blurry pictures.
1) Camera motion. If everything is blurry, it's most likely because the camera moved while the picture was being taken. Make sure your shutter speed is fast enough if you're handholding the camera (longer lenses require faster shutter speed). Alternatively, put your camera on a stable surface, such as a tripod or a tabletop.
2) Subject motion. If the subject is blurry but the background is sharper, then the subject may have moved while the picture was being taken. Use a faster shutter speed. Raise the ISO if needed. There are limits, of course. If you're trying to photograph a fast-moving object in the dark, you probably won't be able to.
3) Improper focus. If the subject is blurry but something else in the picture is sharp, then the camera probably focused on the wrong object. Move the focus selector to the subject you want in focus. Alternatively, center the viewfinder on the subject, press the shutter button halfway to lock focus, then reframe and shoot.
Without any more specific information as to what and how your pictures are blurry, I'm afraid the above is all I can give you.

My Cannon Rebel XSi when pictures are taken are blurry

Try using manual focus. Make sure your auto focus points are correctly set. Look for button that looks like matrix. Press it then use/press joy stick type button to select auto focus point.

I have a cannon Rebel EOS and when I take pictures I have to look through the view finder they dont come up on the screen

That's normal. The Digital Rebel works as SLRs have worked for half a century, using the viewfinder to frame and compose your pictures. Only the more recent dSLRs have the Live View capability to allow you to use the display to frame and compose your pictures.

I have a cannon rebel xs EOS first I want to get it back to Factory settings how do I do that and secondly when I want to take a pic say at a concert without the flash they turn blurry but if I use the...

In the setup menu, scroll to "reset" and follow the instructions. Second, when taking pictures at a concert without flash, you need either a tripod (probably not practical) or a monopod (that's what I use). Also, a camera with anti-shake control would be a plus.

Very blurry pictures on a Cannon Xti 400D

If u had took photo in very low light, pictures will appear blur. Or if you use tele zoom, u need to use tripod to stablize. In normal conditions, you can turn on image stablizer.

When i look through my lens, its blurry

Adjust the viewfinder diopter to suit your eyesight. The control is near the viewfinder; try adjusting it and see if the image clears up. Be careful not to poke yourself in the eye as you do this.
