Sid by side ice dsspencer and water dispencer(all the indicator light suddently are shut off) not working

Dear experts,

I have frigidaire FLSC23F6DS1 side by side refrigerator. Cold water and ice cube dispencer both working fine for 2.5 years.
Couple days ago after I used cold water dispencer suddently all the lights on the dispencer pannel are out.
Then I try many times to press the ice cube dispencer and cold water dispence nothing is coming out.
I checked the ice cube machine still working to make new ice. I replaced a new puresource2 water filter but everthing are still not working and all the dispnecer light are still out.

You could have a problem with your dispenser module. a burnt pcb that could lead to all of your problems. switches not working, lights not working, dispenser not working, etc.

check your dispenser module and if you find a burnt part or a burnt PCB, then replace it.

Even after replacing water filter there seems to be a reduction in water flow from door dispencer and Ice is small and sometimes hollow
The condition of the ice is also an indication of reduced water flow. There is a screen filter in the water line where the water supply connects to the water inlet valve. Take the line off and see if it's partially blocked. Cut the water off either at a shut off valve behind the fridge or under the sink or where ever your water comes from. Turn it back on and let it run into a pail to flush out the line.

did you replace the light . or just tighten it . and is ice cream soft . it sounds like the tempt is above 15 deg . and needs to be colder . this may be a control problem . but ck the little things first . clean the coils / make sure inside fan and under neath fan are going . re ck control settings . .. if problem does't go away . then look at control ..

check the water line fron filter that continues on to water dispfrom icemaker, also a bad water disp solenoid or no pwr to water valve disp solenoid could be a problem,when you try to disp water can you hear a click from the solenoid operating to let water out?

Icemaker
Do you hear it trying to draw water into the ice tray? If so, there might be an internal problem you can't fix yourself. especially since the fridge is dispencing water. Is the arm inside the ice maker pushe down? This is what tells the ice maker to fill and make the ice.

It would depend on the age of the refrigerator whether repair is economical. If the refrigerator is under ten years old repair it. If it is over ten years old you have to consider how much life is remaining for the refrigerator. Burnt smell source must be located because that is the key to your problem.
