There are a few ways that you can try to adjust the resistance on your Tectrix personal climber. First, you can try going into test mode and using the up and down arrow keys to adjust the resistance. If that doesn't work, you can try resetting the machine back to its original factory settings. To do this, you'll need to access the menu system on the machine and navigate to the reset option. Finally, if neither of those methods work, it's possible that the previous owner of the machine adjusted the settings for their own body weight. In this case, you'll need to contact Tectrix customer service for assistance in resetting the machine. Thanks for your question!
Its most likely the balance or fader that is causing the volume difference. set both of them to the mid setting ( usually straight up on a round dial) and check the volume again. if its still low check the speaker wire connection if it looks good on the bad side try swapping the cables from left to right. if the same side is still low the issue is most likely the amp.
If you're
weighing in the 140-170 lb. you should buy a punching bag weighingaround 70-90 lb. if your close to 140 you
should buy a 70 etc. if you a big guy weighing over 170 lb. you should get over
100 lb. bag. There is also heavy punching bags suitable for children and the
weight around 25-55 lb.
The
most common bags are weighted 70-90lbs and are appropriate for adults ranging
from 140-170lbs. However, if you weigh more than 170lbs, you may want to find a
bag that weighs over 100lbs to ensure you have the right amount of resistance.
Bobbin cases are readily available and should be replaced anyway after a fair bit of use, but just check that you've got reasonable thread tension on the old one before you junk it - it should be adjusted with a proper set of weights and the correct thread but you can usually get it about right by carefully adjusting the tension screw on the side that operates on the spring.

First set the cut out pressure turning the nut on the spring. To raise the pressure turn nut clockwise depressing the spring. Adjust this so you device stops at 110 psi. Remember when you raise the cutoutpressure the cut in pressure will also raise. When you get the cut out pressure at 110, then your cut in presure will be approx 90 psi (current 60psi +30psi you raised the cut out pressure). Now you can lower the cut in pressure but backing out the differential nut, the smaller size. Until the device cuts out aht the 80psi you want.
