I have a 24991-c remote and i need a 3 digit code for a samsung tv

I've not had much luck with "provided" codes, probably because there are just so doggoned many TV models out there. Most remotes have instructions on how to let the remote itself find the code. I found the manual online
(http://tv.manualsonline.com/manuals/mfg/ge_appliances/24991.html). Adapted from the manual:
1. Make sure you have batteries correctly inserted in the remote.
2. Turn ON the TV manually.
3. Press and hold the SETUP button until the red indicator stays on, then release the SETUP button.
4. Press and quickly release the desired mode button [TV, in this case]. The red indicator blinks off once.
5. Press the CHANNEL UP button repeatedly (up to 300 times) until the device to be controlled changes channel. The red indicator blinks off with each button press.

Code Search starts from the currently stored three digit
number under that mode. Sometimes the first code that "works" with your device may only allow limited functionality (e.g. the MENU button might not work).
There may be a code that performs more functions.
Continue the code search process until the best code is
found.
Press the DOWN button to backtrack through the library
until the device changes channel. Pressing
CHANNEL UP changes direction to forward
again.
6. Press and release ENTER to install the code.

Note: most remotes allow you to find the code by manually turning the TV (or other device) on first, then press the appropriate button (cable, DVD, surround, etc) then setting the the remote in the "program" mode, then keep pushing the "off/power" button until the TV (or other device) turns off, at that point the code is set.

There is no setup codes for Dynex TV with Ge Universal remote control.

Why don't you please contact the service provider?

A universal is not likely to work for a combo unit---best bet is to Google the model number of the set and try to get an Original remote for it.

Google the model of the remote--understand not all remotes will program for all sets

Do any 1 have the code for a GE remote model # 24991 for a ilo TV please

The codes that GE list for the Samsung are:
0105, 0077, 0076, 0109, 0007, 0009, 0004, 0005, 0085, 0172, 0942, 0358, 0012, 0015, 0080, 0104, 0106.
