Actualy my nokia bluetooth headset BH-105 cant cant pairing with my NOKIA C6
1: SWITCH ON THE BLUETOOTH FUNCTION ON YOUR MOBILE 2: THEN CHANGE MY PHOES VISIBLITY FROM HIDDEN TO SHOWN TO ALL 3; MAKE SURE U HAVE PRESSED THE BLUETOOTH HEADSET SWITCH ON BUTTON FOR AT LEAST 10 SECONDS . 3: U WILL HEAR A BEEP SOUND WHEN THE HEADSET IS SEARCHING FOR PAIRING 4 NOW SEARCH FOR NEW DEVICES ON YOUR MOBILE 5 WHEN THE SEARCH COMPLETES IT WILL SHOW BH-105 6 : SELECT IT AND CLICK PAIR . FINISHED

Power it off
Press the power on button for at least 10 seconds, until it keep the blue ligth on and then pair it with your BB

1.Ensure that your phone is on and
the headset is off.
2. Press and hold the multifunction
key (for about 5 seconds) until the
green indicator light starts to flash
quickly.
3. Activate the Bluetooth feature on
the phone, and set it to search for
Bluetooth devices.
4. Select the headset from the list of
found devices.
5. Enter the passcode 0000 to pair
and connect the headset to your
phone. In some phones, you may
need to make the connection
separately after pairing.
When the headset is connected to
your phone and is ready for use, the
green indicator light flashes slowly.

The BH-214 manual (available to download from Nokia's website) gives 0000 as the code (if you are prompted - I did this today on an X6 without being promoted for the code!).

U must RESET the Headset.
Switch OFF the Headset.
HOLD the answer/end key + power key (for about 5 second).
Red + Green indicators lights start to alternate.
Then Ur Headset is RESET.
Connect / Pair it as normal.
