I dont think there is one after XP. gemalto havnt bothered with it. some usb smart card readers were included with some usb keyboards on some pc makers like Dell its possible that the drivers for these might also work for the reflex one you have. but its also likely they will not load. you could try either a dell or hp smart card usb driver. you also have to turn on smart card reading service in the OS. SOURCE: Targus Universal 32 in 1

I would try to see if Targus has 64 bit support first,
If not installing microsoft NET FRAME (free download from Microsoft) it can help with 32bit to 64bit compatabuility issues.
Then find a new reader if this does not work.

SOURCE: windows doesn's recognize camera, device manager says no driver

Hi -

Have you tried another USB port? Sometimes, they can act goofy.
Also be sure your anti-virus isn't blocking any part of the installation.

Here is a link to the Samsung troubleshooting guide for your camera.
You can probably download the most recent driver from that website as well.
Perhaps they have a better or newer version than what came prepackaged
with the camera (just because a camera is a new purchase does not mean
the software it came with is the most updated).

I run WinXP home edition, so I am not familiar if there are any differences in the professional version regarding software installation....

Good luck!

I have a Quantaray SD card reader, I put a SD card in it and it doesn't work. I guess I need a driver or software in my Windows 7

Are you sure it's an SD card? If it's larger than 2GB then it's actually an SDHC card and won't work in devices designed only for SD cards.

I need to know how to install the software for my usb smart card reader

If you are running XP or Vista, just plug the reader into the USB slot and the system will automatically load a driver. If it doesn't, put the CD that came with the reader in the CD drive and run the exe file and follow instructions. You may have to install the software first or plug in the reader first. Manufacturers vary on the order of install.

SixPix SC-2300 Digital Camera

SC-2300 uses smart card. Just buy a USB smart card reader, slot your smartcard into the reader and plug it to the USB port of your computer. If you are using Windows 2000 and above, the picture files can be read immediately. If you are using Windows 95SE, you need to install the driver for the card reader ( supplied together with the card reader) to enable the computer to recognise the reader as a USB device.
