Hi my hp cm2320 nf prints normally and prints when you press the color copy button. But it will printout only blank page swhen you copy black&white. You press the black&white copy button only blank pages come out. Any help

First of all, check the cartridges and make sure they have enough Inks. If possible try with different cartridges, something particular cartridge could cause this issue. In you case, you have to concentrate with the Black cartridge since your problem is with Black prints.
Give the print command one after another not all at time, this will help you find out if there's problem with the cartridge or not. If the print quality is normal when printing in slower sequences, then there's problem with the cartridge, perhaps there's bubbles inside the cartridge which affects the ink to flow out normally as it should.
Check the print heads and make sure they are properly aligned.
After all these, follow the steps mentioned here (Click Here). These are the steps recommended by HP, it would take several minutes to follow the steps and diagnose the issue. There are several illustrated pictures with a video tutorial for your reference.
If nothing seems helpful, then there must be electronic or mechanical issue with the printer which will need to be serviced.
