For 1209 there is no format code the only thing is to delete all the data like contacts, messages etc.And restore it by selecting "Restore factory setting".Good luck

Hello, Your default code is 12345 or 00000 Or you can restore factorry setting. for soft format dial *#7780# or *#7370# which restores the factory settinngs but
if you format the whole phone memory then follow the procedure below (
remember one things this will deletes all your mesages, all contacts,
photos, notes etc in the phone memory.. your phone is like a new phone Switch-off
your phone. 1. Press and hold 3 keys; Green dial key, * Star key, no. 3
key on keypad and then press the power on/off to swtich on the phone.
Remember, do not let go the 3 press and hold keys until you see a
formatting word screen show! 2. After a few minutes when the Full phone
formatting completed, your phone will back to original system and
factory settting.
