Will a Tamron AF 1780 Lens 80mm - 210mm work on a sony 200A DSLR ?
You need a proper t2 adapter. when you remove the m42 adaptor on tair lens, you can attach the proper t2 to nikon adaptor on it. check my tair 300 photo. it has "t2 to m42" adapter on it. please be sure that find the correct adapter. i bought several adapters to find the correct one. one of them was different than t2 adapter but looking alike and sold as t2 by seller. it is hard to find the correct adapter. i guess there are variants of that standard(which is odd).
Tamron makes their lenses with a variety of lens mounts. A lens with a Nikon mount, for example, will not work on a Sony camera. Assuming the lens has a Sony mount then yes, it will work fine on a Sony dSLR.

Error 01 means that communication between camera and lens is faulty. Try to clean lens contacts.

Assuming the lens has a Nikon mount, it will fit on the D3000. Tamron makes their lenses with a variety of mounts, so that one with a Canon mount, for example, won't fit onto a Nikon body.
This lens lacks an autofocus motor so you'll have to focus manually. Other than that, it will work fine. It's not the sharpest lens available, but it's also not the most expensive.
