Typically, when the unit is turned on, the satellitetechnology is able to pin point the unit's current location and provide mapsbased on the user's position. However, if there is not a clear signal or youare located in a different country than the ending destination you are tryingto program into the unit, you may have to manually change the country. For thatplease follow these steps:
1. Touch anywhere on the display screen to access the mainmenu.
2. Tap or select the "Change Preferences" options.
3. Navigate to your map settings. In a Garmin this will belocated under the "View Maps" and then "Change Maps"settings.
4. Use the "Up" and "Down" arrows toscroll through the list of available countries. Once the country you arelooking for is highlighted, press the "OK" button. You will then beasked to select a state or more specific region in the selected country. Onceselected, press "OK" second time.
Hope this will help you. Good Luck.
For that you should change your Message memory from Memory card to Phone memory, to make changes flow it. Go to messages open option select settings then go to others in that you'll find memory in use change it and then connect it to your PC via cable it'll get connected. If that time also it dos not solve the Visit your nearest Nokia Service Center (Nokia care) they will solve it.

If you are using the Component Cables make sure the switch on the
cable(part that you insert into Xbox 360) is set to HDTV and not TV
because if its set to TV, no matter what resolution you choose it will
go back to 480i.
If your using HDMI cable make sure that your TV is also outputting at an
HD resolution. Like okay let me explain this more clearly I'm not sure
on Sony HDTV's but we have a 46" Sharp Aquos HDTV LCD. I found out that the TV itself was still set to
output at 480i even though the Direct TV receiver was set to HD so I
went to my TV's options and changed to output the TV at 1080i then after
that everything was clear because both the receiver and the HDTV was
outputting at HD.
That maybe your problem. If your 360 in the settings menu is saying its
at 720p and your TV still looks long, maybe your TV's Zoom options are set to Stretch or Zoom, so basically you need to change your TV's options
to output at Normal.
In case of a problem or clarification or my solution was insufficient, don't hesitate to post me a reply.

At the top of the screen it should show the country that's selected which I believe is England. At the bottom of the screen it should say CHANGE COUNTRY. Press CHANGE COUNTRY and select Belgium.
If this is not possible you may need to download the map again. To download again log into myGarmin and click on the myMaps tab at the top of the screen. You should see the name of the map you downloaded and under it the word in blue DETAILS. Click on DETAILS and it will bring you to a screen where you get the option to download it again. Download and install it on your computer, rather than the satnav, and when it's completed click the start button of your computer. Go to GARMIN and then MAPINSTALL. When you click MAPINSTALL you start the process of installing the map to your satnav and get the option of selecting the part of the map you want to install. After installation you may have to change country again as in the first paragraph above. This should solve the problem.
So neither of the ROM drives are available, or just the one? Your jumper settings may or may not be correct; in some systems, even having the IDE cable placement and jumper settings correct may still leave errors such as this.
Basically if you dink around with the settings (for example just try changing the Slave and Master) it will work (provided there's nothing wrong with the drives or IDE cable). I'd also suggest setting both to Cable Select as some systems (such as Sony VAIOs) oftentimes will only allow optical drives to function with that setting.
