Unable to connect to wifi it just says scanning

To connect your Em744 to wifi go to your device settings tap Wifi and choose the desired network you wish to connect with and enter the wireless network password. If it is still unable to connect try to reset your wireless router by unplugging it for 20 seconds.

I has to be connected to the WIFI signal for the password to work and be accepted. Make WIFI is turned on.

I have had this problem before and I had to go under WiFi settings and forget my WiFi. I let it scan again for service and reentered my WiFi network information. This worked for me most of the time. However, it could be your WiFi itself. Can you connect anything else to your WiFi?

It sounds like it cant connect if its rescanning, try rebooting both devices and try again. If that fails try another wifi(another place with wifi) area to test if its the device or the wifi.

delete the original Wifi connection and scan again should be able to see the new connection, add the password as the gateway may have a new IP address
