Sony DVD Home Theater System remote control code

I have the same system and one of my dogs got to the remote. I have a philips PMDVR8/PDVR8 universal remote. I was able to get the dav-hdx265 to turn on/off and do volume up and down by using code 0200. I have not been able to get the DVD functionality to work yet, but I will post if I do.

I bought a Sony DVD Home Theater System and I lost my remote control. I have a universal vizio remote control but I don't have the code to program my system to my remote control can someone help me

This is what worked for my Sony DAV-DX255 Home Theater for my Comcast Remote:

This helped with my remote settings:
1. While still on AUX, press and hold SETUP again until the remote blinks twice
2. Type 994
3. Press and release SETUP
4. Type 32975
5. Press and release VOL+
The remote should blink twice. That should reprogram the VOL+ to work with your Sony HT device. For each of the following function codes, follow the same steps and use the codes listed below:
Vol+ = 32975
Vol- = 31951
Power = 32719
Mute = 33743
Input/Function = 44750
and try these : Sony15 seems to work for me.
