You'll need to log into the linksys router and find the setting for UPNP. Please make sure this is enabled. That should allow your NAT setting to at least Moderate, if not Open.
This one is simple. Find the IP address that your Xbox is assigned by your router, then put it into the DMZ. This also goes for PS3 users who are having trouble with internet access.
You need to open all the ports for the xbox live. The NAT of that router model cannot be configured to open. Its just a simple NAT for internet connection.
Enable UPnP.....UPnP can help make sure NAT works correctly for Xbox LIVE. Usually, this can be set on your router configuration web page, which is supplied by your router manufacturer.
upgrade your router to the latest firmware that can be found here: http://kbserver.netgear.com/products/WGR614.asp
after upgrading the firmware, press the reset button for 30 seconds, then reconfigure the router. you will need to re-enable upnp if it is disabled, and open up ports UDP 88 UDP 3074 TCP 3074. i would also reserve the ip for the xbox and if all else fails set the xbox as the dmz host.
