SOURCE: How do you set a static IP address on the Zebra
If this is a wireless printer then all you need to do is set an address reservation on your router and then set up a fixed IP port on your printer driver.
First: Install the printer driver as a normal USB printer by connecting the cable during the install process dont use the wizard if you can help it.
Second : Find your MAC address for the printer (all types of Network Cards MUST have one) this will either be in the LCD control panel or on the bottom of the printer on a label and set this in your admin panel of your router to say 192.168.0.10 for example. You can normally enter this using 192.168.0.1 but all routers are different. Check here for your make and model http://www.routerpasswords.com/
Last : Goto the printer driver properties for the USB printer you have just install click the port tab and click add standard IP port as shown below, then disconnect the USB lead this is only required to make sure the correct inf file is used on the driver install.
Thats is. !!!

If you can not see it in the LCD menu on the front panel, you can find it by printing the IP info on a label. There is a reset button near the Ethernet jack that will let you reset the print server settings or allow you to print a config label. Load up some media, power the printer on. Once the printer is fully booted, use a paper clip or the like to press the button once. A label will print that details the IP settings. Once you have the IP settings, you can log into the printers web interface by typing the IP address in your browsers URL bar. Do get a copy of the manual.
SOURCE: what is the defult ip address for the zebra
When received or when a reset is performed, the default IP address is: 10.3.4.102. The best way to confirm this is to force the printing of a configuration label. Look at the configuration label that is printed. That will contain the "current" IP assigned to the printer. You can download the manuals for this from the Zebra web site using the model number to get to the printer specific page. Choose the download tab.

Turn the printer off.
Disconnect the power-cord.
Reconnect the power-cord.
Turn the printer on.
It should automatically reconfigure itself, and get a "new" IP-address.
Then, you'll have to "delete" that "networked-printer" from your computer,
and then reinstall that "networked-printer", so that your computer can "talk"
to the printer at its "new" IP-address.
