In mid conversation today, my phone decided to get "stuck" on the call in progress screen and lock up. It wouldn't shut off, so I pulled the battery out, and when I put it back in, I received a blue screen that says:
------------------------------------------------------------
VART CONN
------------------------------------------------------------
EMERGENCY
DOWN LOAD
------------------------------------------------------------
Any ideas as to what that is and if there is a fix? My carrier said the phone is ruined (I think they're just lazy), but is there any way to get the memory back?
Same. I'm worried I won't be able to get my contacts back because the only copy of the addressbook was on that phone. *tears hair*Same. I'm worried I won't be able to get my contacts back because the only copy of the addressbook was on that phone. *tears hair*
I have the same issue. I accidentally dropped the phone into water and quickly pulled it out to dry it off. I popped out the battery and when I put it back, I got the same exact screen. (Blue screen of death!) I left it alone for awhile and then tried popping the battery back out and in and RANDOMLY, the phone came back to life. It might have been a fluke, but it did work. So maybe just mess with it. ^_^;
