This is a good solution but for temporarily till you get your content lock sorted or you can use it as permanent.

I had exactly the same problem with my T-mobile dongle, did the credit card thing and it still said I was not permitted.
I called the sales team on a freephone number 0800-956-5003, press1 (new customer) plead ignorance and apologise for troubling them but you are now at your wits end. The kind operator removed the lock there and then. Job done

The easiest way is to google Hide My IP and use one of these sites "hide my ***" seems to be the best one, but I have to stress... Get a proper internet connection, mobile broadband is simply abysmal, while using the hide my IP sites, it'll still do nothing for speed or performance!

T Mobile's Content Block was recently imposed on even existing customers who did not have to put up with it before. Try calling their customer support number from a land line and go through all the options (takes ages I'm afraid) until you finally get to speak to a human, then tell them about the credit card problem. They should ask you some security questions. They promised me this idiotic ****-up will be sorted out within 48 hours, and they had better mean it. I took the name of the person I spoke to and I have the extension number too.
