Dell support does list Mac OS drivers. Go to the URL below and select your Operating System. There should be 2 print drivers for MAC.

I would try downloading and using the print drivers for the Xerox Phaser 6300/6350. I am almost positive that the Dell 5100cn is a rebranded Phaser printer. The print engine should be compatible, but I do not have an Imac to test this on for you before offering the solution.

Unfortunately, there is no offical driver for Mac OS X for this specific printer, but you can try following this link to see if the steps there can at least help you try to use the printer under that operating system. If it does, great, but if it doesn't, I'm afraid you're out of luck
