- "SI2 At Power Up" Symptom: Indicates
the OVP (Over Voltage Protection) circuit on the controller is active
and belt will not move. Solutions:
Check
for RAIL and LVS LED's to be lit. RAIL and LVS ok?
Replace F2 fuse RAIL not lit,
but LVS ok? Replace F1 fuse

the speed sensor NOT make noise, is the main motor see the diagram attached.However tight any connector or plug very well, and test the s. sensor for open or defective and replace. You can RUN the software calibration for easy diagnose, troubleshooting, and fix it.
You must test the input voltage motor, if there are the motor need repair, bearing, shaft, or winding defective.
