Push the power and volume up button down at the same time for 10-20 seconds.
Try that twice.
If that does not work, try charging the device via the computer. You might have a bad charger and the tablet simply is not getting charged. Leave the device charging by the computer for at least an hour. That won't give it a full charge but it might let you know that the battery simply was not previously charged enough for the tablet to activate. If that doesn't work, try the Cambio support page.

Too many apps probably and not enough memory left for the OS so it just gives up and crashes either that or an app you added recently has caused the problem - you can either remove some apps to free up memory or recently installed apps or execute a full wipe and reload of the tablet os by pressing the power button and up volume then selecting the required option from the recovery menu!
this could be a codec problem or video was record on low sound settings .try checking that your sound is up full right click on sound icon....open volume mixer make sure all slides are up full.

My Android (not an Iolo) has both a touchscreen volume control--as well as a pair of physical volume control sliders--the latter on the right outside edge. I put the tab into a temp car mount: The resulting friction slid the volume down to nil--the the physical sliders, contacting the mount, proved the culprit (despite the touchscreen volume control setting). I proved puzzled at first, cursing the tab.
Try adjust the control panel to full volume. If it the volume is still too low to hear movie conversation, put the movie back to computer and use some video tool to set it volume up. I think the pavtube video converter can increase video volume by 400% by converting them.
